Chillin' at Panera

Jen has declared a random "girls night in" with a few friends to chill and watch "Desperate Housewives" or some such nonsense (I would wonder what she sees in that show, but the answer might be...desperate...). We may regret picking up the DVR when it's all said and done. We never watched TV before, but now that we can, we do. I haven't seen the show yet, but I understand it's what all the kids are talking about this year.

I do know it has psycho creepy Kimberly from Melrose Place, whose image will forever be seared into my brain removing that Godawful wig. Here's a page that includes an obituary for her late character:

Kimberly was then discovered to have a tumor in her eye and was given three months to live. She paid a hooker named Megan Lewis to keep Michael happy while she was suffering. When her tumor started in remission, she wanted Michael back, so she paid Megan's pimp, Josh Laughlin, to convince Megan that she's only good as a prostitute. That didn't work and Kimberly later died from an anuerysm.

So with girls' night in effect, I was banished to find something to do in Rock Hill. Completely unable to succeed, I ended up here at Panera, where thanks to the wonder of WiFi, I'm actually able to goof off just like at home!

The only other alternative was going to see Team America by myself. Occasionally, I like seeing movies by myself.
