A Bit of News

So Jen and I found out awhile ago that we're going to have a kid at the end of April! Even though we've been married for five years, some people have been pretty shocked since we were never on the fast-track to parenthood.

We're both very excited, though, and we plan to do this the same way we do everything...the way we want to, not the way everyone makes you feel like you're supposed to.

Jen's doing great so far. She's showing a bit and she's been lucky enough not to have gotten morning sickness or anything.

By the way, I promise that this will not now become the pregnancy blog or the nothing-but-pictures-of-my-family blog. I will continue to provide the usual stuff that has made this blog a staple of arcane Google searches!
