Inside Korg OASYS

Peter Kirn of CreateDigitalMusic.com has written on O'Reilly Digital Media a lengthy inside look at the new Korg OASYS. At $8000, the OASYS is not for the casual musician. But the OASYS is not just the latest synth on the block - it's the product of 15 years of Korg R&D and the first synthesizer where the sound engine is upgradeable and not tied to the hardware. It's a fusion of hard and soft synths. And it runs Linux.
