Bring Back Chloe

Nice to see some old favorites turning up on "24" this season. Almeida's return was great, and Michelle's recent arrival isn't too much of a surprise. I have a feeling David Palmer will be back before too long. And since Sarah just promised that we haven't seen the last of her, something tells me that we haven't seen the last of her.
The one character who made an exit too early in this season and who definitely needs to return is Chloe. Let's face it: Edgar is incredibly talented - maybe even Chloe talented - but he can't to it all. With the Edgar-Chloe tag team in action, I could rest easy at night. With Sarah gone, CTU is even more shorthanded. Who was it that Jack called in the second episode to get satellite coverage? Chloe. And for her service, Erin has her fired.
But now Erin's gone, and Michelle's in charge. Could the time be right for a Chloe return? Can we look forward to more lines like "Gosh, Chase, I think she was kind of pissed!"
And it turns out that Mary Lynn Rajskub, who plays (must use present tense) Chloe, was one of the original cast members of Mr. Show.
The last two episodes of "24" have been incredible. I'm glad to see Erin gone and the boring storyline with her daughter resolved. And perhaps I'm just cynical, but I couldn't help but wonder whether the writers slipped in the bit with the virtuous Muslims stepping in to fight alongside Jack in response to the flak the show has taken this year from groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Either way, it was good to see an old-fashioned firefight.
And oh yeah, bring back Chloe.
UPDATE: Wow, that was fast.
