Pixies to Do to College Years What Lucas Did to Childhood?

That Pixies reunion sure is turning out well. Is this all about crass commercialism? I don't know, but the Pixies are now set to record a full-length, according to Frank Black:

We have been discussing recording a new album lately. As happy as we are with the success of the reunion tour, we really want to make a record for the right reasons, whether it is
successful commercially or not.

That "Bam Thwok" thing they released on iTunes didn't do much for me, but I liked "Ain't That Pretty At All," which they recorded for a Warren Zevon tribute. I picked up the recent Best of The Pixies for fiedalla at Manifest yesterday. Sweet.
