The Shape of Song

From MusicThing via Hart's Audition comes The Shape of Song. This Java tool analyzes MIDI files on the Web to produce images comprised of a sequence of arches representing repeating melodic regions of a composition. The results are pretty cool, yet lead me to draw no conclusions whatsoever. Here's They Might Be Giants' "Ana Ng":
